For the Alumni Cup, Yun Sohyun worked through nearly ninety design drafts, countless revisions and detail tests, with the help of many people. She made it as a heritage piece meant to carry the Cup for twenty-eight years, and has said the trophy was especially meaningful to her.

윤소현 작가는 알룸나이 컵을 위해 90여 개의 디자인 시안과 수많은 수정, 디테일 테스트를 거쳤습니다. 28년 동안 대회의 역사를 담을 유산으로 만든 작품이며, 작가에게도 특별히 의미 있는 트로피였다고 전했습니다.

Yun first showed her Layer series at her 2015 graduation exhibition and made her debut in Milan. She has since exhibited in Germany, Italy, France and elsewhere, drawing interest from media and brands worldwide. In 2020 she held her first solo exhibition in Korea, at the Desker Design Store, and she continues to introduce new works and series while collaborating with leading Korean companies including SK, Meta and CJ ENM.

She was selected as one of 200 women designers from the past century of design for Phaidon's Woman Made, with her TONE Table as her featured work. In 2023 she exhibited with New York partner Sight Unseen, was named to the NYC Design Week Hot List 7, and was featured in The New York Times.

윤소현 작가는 2015년 레이어 시리즈를 졸업전시에서 처음 선보이며 밀라노에서 데뷔했습니다. 이후 독일, 이탈리아, 프랑스 등 세계 각지의 전시에 참여하며 각종 매체와 브랜드의 러브콜을 받았습니다. 2020년에는 데스커 디자인 스토어에서 국내 첫 개인전을 열었으며, 꾸준히 새로운 작품과 시리즈를 선보이며 SK, Meta, CJ ENM 등 국내 유수의 기업들과 활발히 협업하고 있는 디자이너이자 작가입니다.

세계적인 디자인 출판사 PHAIDON의 Woman Made에 지난 100년간 디자인 분야에서 활약한 전 세계 여성 디자이너 200명 중 한 명으로 선정되어 TONE Table이 대표작으로 수록되었습니다. 2023년에는 뉴욕의 파트너사 Sight Unseen과 전시를 열어 뉴욕 디자인 위크 핫 리스트 7에 선정되었고, 뉴욕 타임스에 소개되었습니다.
